Make sure to search, click or whatever else is
asked |
On Paid to Click emails or paid to read make sure to
follow through on what they ask of you to do whether
it's to click on a link, do a search or read a page.
Those who follow through seem to get more emails,
more offers, and thus earn more.
For search
emails you want to click on the link to open the
portal page (and usually there is a timer above for
how long you have to be there till it credits) and
then click on a link that is there or type something
into the search box. When the results come up
from that you then click on one of those. Try
to go at least 2 to 3 pages into the search to make
it valid. Search for things that do interest
you. You'd be surprised what you might find at
times :) Make sure also if they have an anti-cheat
page to click on that correctly and to let pages
load completly. |

Make sure you read emails |
Many PTC/PTR's will send out emails with "cheat
links" so make sure before clicking on a link to
read over the email. These cheat links are to
prevent people who use robots or programs to do
their work for them. |

Opening links in more then one window |
For many PTC/PTR's you can open more then one link
at a time. This can be a great time saver.
If you are on a website you can right click and say
open in new window/tab although some of the sites
with the "new inbox" they will auto open in a new
one so you don't have to worry.
Now if you
use Outlook Express for email you probably are
wondering how to do this, since OE will auto take
over a window even if you tell it under internet
options to open links from a program in a new
window. There is a work around :) (This
is for XP)
1. Double-click the My
Computer icon on the desktop to start Windows
Explorer. 2. On the Tools menu, click Folder
Options. 3. On the File Types tab, scroll down
the list until you locate the (None) section in the
Extensions column. 4. Click the (None)
URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol entry, and then
click Advanced. 5. In the Edit File Type dialog
box that appears, click the OPEN entry in the
Actions box, and then click Edit. 6. In the
Editing action for type: URL:HyperText Transfer
Protocol window, click to clear the Use DDE check
box, 7. In the
Application used to perform action box,
type %1 at the end of
the string so it looks like the following example (the
drive and location of Iexplore.exe may be different):
"C:\Program Files\Internet
Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" -nohome %1
and then click OK. 7. Repeat this also for
(None) URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol with Privacy
8. Click OK, click Close, and then quit Windows
Explorer. 9. Quit all versions of Internet
Explorer.
Now I had to do this twice for
it to stick but then it did.
Now and then an ad pop up might over ride this, just
close that window out and it will stop.

Submit email, zip or fill out form with intent to
participate. |
Many GPT sites will have ones that say this
especially on the free offers. Usually these
are surveys of yes/no questions. So what this
means is fill out the forms asked and continue
through the survey until you get to the prize page.
I have found that doing this make sure more credit
and credit faster then if you don't finish.
You do not have to complete offers for the prize,
just get to that page. |

|
Use actual information for all sign ups. |
Make sure to use your real address and a phone
number that works. If you don't want to use
your own phone or you don't have one there are
services out there with free voice mail services.
Right now I'm trying out
K7
They do not offer a local number but it is free. |

Email addresses |
Make sure you have several different email addresses
you can use. You want to vary between them so that
you can sign up for these free offers without a
problem. Now
one way to change emails without changing them is if
you have a gmail.com email. Say your email is
earnmoney@gmail.com You can add periods into
the email and gmail will still deliver it but the
signups read it as different emails. So you
can put earn.money@gmail.com or ea.rn.mon.ey@gmail.com
and gmail will still deliver it and you suddenly
have a ton of different emails to put in for it.
If you want there is also this site
http://eyepaste.com/
or
http://2prong.com/ (2prong is down for the
moment) that gives you a new email
address that you can use every time you open their
site, just make sure you clear out the stuff after
the / otherwise it will give you the same one each
time. Some places recommend this others don't.
Up to you on if you want to use it. |

|
Confirmation Emails. |
Many of the free offers have confirmation emails.
Check for these and click on them, even if they are
in your spam folder. This helps to get them to
clear faster. |
|
Accept and then eat your Cookies |
Make sure your browser is set up to accept cookies
from sites. It's with these that the trackers
record that you did the sign up.
Then afterwards you want you want to get rid of them.
In between each sign up clear out your cookies.
You can do this by going under tools to internet
options delete history area. After each
sign up go in and delete them. This will help to
make sure your sign up is fresh and acceptable.
To really help get rid of cookies I recommend
using CCleaner. It's great to clean out
cookies but also you can tell it which ones not to
delete. That way you don't always have to sign
in to places that you constantly use but get rid of
the ones you don't want. You can check it out
and download by clicking on the image below.
Also part of Ccleaner is a registry cleaner to
fix any errors in your registry. It does save things
if you want so you can put things back if you find
you needed something it changed.

Autofill info |
I love using Google Toolbar because it has a setting
to put in the information you want for autofill.
Makes filling out forms a lot faster. It
doesn't work on all forms but it can really help.
You can get it here:

|
|
Pop Up Blockers |
If you have an additional pop up blocker then the
one from XP turn it off while doing offers.
Many of them have pop ups with them and if you have
a blocker on it can stop things from crediting. |
|
|
|
|
Anti-Virus |
Make sure when doing PTC/PTR's or even GPT's that
you do have a good anti-virus on your computer.
Unfortunately many sites seem to get virus and/or
trojans on them especially Paid to Promote pages
that are at the PTC's. For myself I like
Norton but it does cost money. If you don't have the
money for this here are a couple of free ones to
check out. The first two I have used in the
past and they aren't bad. The third one I have
only heard about.
AVG Anti-Virus: have free version and a paid
version.
Avast Anti-Virus: have a free and paid
version
Avira Anti-Virus: have a free and paid
version. |

|
Read and Search |
Always read through the terms, help sections and
FAQ's of a site. If they offer any tutorials
read through those as well. Often your
questions will be answered there. If there is a
forum check there as well. Be willing to do a
search in the forums to find the answers you are
looking for. |
|
|
|
|
Be selective |
Find a few GPT sites that work best for you and
stick with them. You do not want to do offers
on too many sites because it can be hard to keep
track of them and if you duplicate too many offers
the sites can and will delete an account. |
|
|
|
|
Do not get discouraged |
Some sign ups will credit immediately, some will
take a while and some never do. I don't know why but
it happens. Be patient. |

More to Come :) |
